Give Examples of Farming Factors in Rural-Urban Migration
There are various factors that forces farmers to migrate from rural areas to urban sections. Drought is one of the farming factors that enhance rural to urban migration. In this case, farmers will not be able to farm because of drought thus they will opt to migrate to urban centers to look for jobs to earn a living. Famine is also another factor that contributes to rural-urban migration as individuals have to migrate from urban areas to seek for employment and something to feed their families. Among other factors that enhance rural to urban migration include conflict, poor economic activities in rural areas as lack of job opportunities and extreme religious activities in rural areas.
