Explain in you own words, how Thevenin's theorem is used to convert any linear two-terminal network into a simple equivalent circuit consisting of a resistance in series with a voltage source.
Explain in advantage if using Thevenin's theorem when finding load currents in a dc circuit.

According to this theorem, we can convert any circuit into another simple equivalent circuit relative to the load, so, when we need to determine the current in the load, we just have an equivalent voltage source, load and equivalent resistance connected in series.
With a Thevenin's equivalent, we replace a complex circuit with a simpler one forgetting about the complexities of the initial circuit.
