Resistance of a one lamp

R1=V12P1=240260=960ΩR_1=\frac{V_1^2}{P_1}=\frac{240^2}{60}=960\:\Omega

Resistance of a one electric fire

R2=V22P2=24021000=57.6ΩR_2=\frac{V_2^2}{P_2}=\frac{240^2}{1000}=57.6\:\Omega

The net resistance

R=114R1+3R2=114960+357.6=15ΩR=\frac{1}{\frac{14}{R_1}+\frac{3}{R_2}}=\frac{1}{\frac{14}{960}+\frac{3}{57.6}}=15\:\Omega
