Question

I have 2 sample obtained from the same society by cluster sampling. I administer 2 different questionnaires between them. Although their questionnaires are different from one another, but the questionnaires have some questions in common. The distribution of their answers to these common questions differs from one another. Can I use these differences of frequencies to assess the strengths of my sampling? If yes, how?
