Universalists believe that human rights are universal and applicable to every member of
the human race. Should universal human rights be applied to cultures that reject them?
Universal human rights should be applied even to cultures that reject or deny them. Only this way human society will exist in balance and create equal opportunities for everyone. At the same time, almost no specific rights can be universal. For example, suffrage can be realized in different models depending on a particular country and its historical basis.
