1. In places like Hong Kong almost no regulations and high level of freedom boosted the economy and made it one of the fastest-growing economies, because for example doing business is simple enough in Hong Kong.

2. Poverty is linked with negative conditions such as substandard housing, homelessness, inadequate nutrition and food insecurity, inadequate child care, lack of access to health care, unsafe neighborhoods, and underresourced schools which adversely impact nation's children.
