The implementation of national programs for the industrial development of African countries requires the introduction of technologies and technological equipment for the modernization of the economy and the construction of new economic facilities.

For a long time, the development of the economy on the African continent was carried out unilaterally through the use of natural resources, which hindered the adequate development of all other industries, education and science, which are the core of modern society.
