None of the available resources of the forest company can manage the project, so the author assumed that the project manager would be professional management named John. John has project management skills and 15 years of project management experience. After the new project manager John has discussed with the production people, he created a high-level project execution method statement as a starting point, the method statement determines how and what will be done to complete the project on time, within budget, as required by the sponsor.

However, the project was not carried out properly, as there was no timely adaptation to the impact of external factors. Also untimely were the actions to release the upgraded versions of the product.
