Standard bid documents (SBDs) issued by the National Treasury should be used with minimum changes that may be necessary to address specific contract and project issues. List the full range of documents which should be available to potential suppliers to prepare a bid for goods and services to be provided. (12)
an indication of the number of copies of the offer sent to the tender committee (in case of discrepancies in information in the original of the offer and its copies, preference is given to the text of the original);
an address for communication with a representative of the tender committee, from whom you can obtain information regarding ambiguities in the tender documents and the conditions of the tender;
execution of offers, requirements for approval of amendments and corrections;
an indication of strict compliance with the graphs in the offer of the presented or imprinted prices for certain types of work or the subject of the auction;
approach of the tender committee to possible arithmetic errors in bid prices *, indication of the presentation of value indicators in the relevant currency;
requirements for the registration of signatures of persons certifying the authenticity of the proposal;
an indication of the method of submitting offers (in person, against receipt, by registered mail, etc.);
requirements for the packaging of proposals (offers);
description of the procedure for opening envelopes with offers and the term for determining the winners of the auction;
an indication of the method of notification of the winning bidder;
recommendations on the composition and rules for providing an explanatory note;
revocation of the offer.
