a) No, DBN was created to fund entrepreneurs and not to fund corporates, parastatals and municipalities, as is the case now. It has turned to be a commercial bank and going against the main reason it was created to do.

b) DBN fosters Awareness Campaigns, a series of Private Partnerships with the government to advocate for MSMEs and raise their awareness on the existing specialized funding and support available to help them

in their businesses. Thus they help in development globally
