As a family farmer, I have to perform my duties more rapidly as much as I can to make the most of the few resources available to meet my needs. By so doing, I will save as much time as possible. I'm going to damage the schedule so that the project team will spend less time working on project. By decreasing the quantity of paperwork, I will produce and eliminate unneeded work.

I will also be open and honest with the project team about the dilemma, as this will help me make them help me in developing some answers. I'll think about contract out, training others so they can help at a later stage in the project, temporarily co-locating the team to see if that improves productivity, and raising the hours in the short run.
