As South Africa has a large contingent of unemployed and low skilled workers how do you see the integration process affecting the mismatch between the demand and supply of labour within the country?

Although there are a number of factors that contribute to youth unemployment, including population increase, a lack of experience, ineffective job hunting techniques, and a lack of career advice in schools, the unemployment rate for first-time job seekers in South Africa is unacceptably high.
