Food supply is a crucial part of our society’s infrastructure and we all depend on it for food and nutritional supplies to make our bodies healthy and immune. As such, the food supply chain must remain in constant motion to ensure stores are well stocked and keep the nation healthy.

During the covid-19 pandemic, many industries including the agriculture sector have been hit really hard. Since the agriculture sector is very important to society as a whole, it is crucial that it is exempted from stringent measures such as lockdowns to ensure a continuous flow of food supplies to households and industries that depends on it. Lack of proper food supplies can adversely affect the population and lead to loss of lives including lack of critical materials needed by other industries to operate.
