Adidas always works on achieving its mission and vision follows the statement 'creating the new' and to accomplish that statement Adidas and created a business strategy called a strategic business plan.

The Adidas always try to follow to follow its Mission and Vision which is not possible to follow without a solid plan and this is where the statement comes in "Creating the New". Its not only the attitude which leads the company in the future, but its also the name of Adidas strategic business plan because to accomplish the mission it is an essence it is what differentiate it from others and it is the competitive advantage of there business.

The ambition of the company is to be always first by 'creating the new' and to drive there Top and Bottom line growth by significantly increasing brand desirability.

To achieve this business strategy Adidas followed a plan that is based on following three strategic choice:

  1. Speed - Adidas always try to keep themselves in the heart of the customers for that company ensures that its customers will get its desired product where and when they want them.
  2. Cities - Owing the target market , the company zeroed down the six key cities in which they want to over proportionally grow share of mind, share of market and the share of trend.
  3. Open Sources - collaboration and innovation is the major leg in the success of the Adidas. Company also partnered with Athletes to create the future of sports and sports culture.
