Pruductivity is the effectiveness of productive efforts especially in industries as measured in terms of the rate if output per unit of input-usually capital and labour. Education and training increases productivity as new skills are acquired tasks ara done faster,planning and execution are enhanced. Trained workers tend to be more stimulated,satisfied,make fewer mistakes,are confident and have a complete skillset and reduce employee turnover costs. The above enhances productivity as less input is used in executing tasks.
