The scale of education has increased immensely in various specialized fields of education today, but the world is still vulnerable to violence, corruption and immoral practices in workplaces, institutions, families, and society. This is evident in situations of economic recession, corruption, dishonor, violence, the apathy of human values, lack of nature, etc. Education plays a major role to create value in the society of any country. In the present case, there is an urgent need to improve the education system for the sustainable future of a country and future generations.

Many educational institutions co-create "values" such as integrity, respect, sense of learning and many other things. But in reality, they remain focused on the creation of wealth and abstain from living committed values. These values are not maintained because the focus is often on creating materialistic wealth. Today education is received and practiced to create materialistic wealth, but it lacks knowledge, which can only be achieved through positive internal development of a student or individual. There is a need to create the foundation of a healthy mind and body for our future generations. Educational institutions are not only to certify youth with diplomas/degrees but also to promote and create who are future leaders. Teachers play an important role in creating future leaders. Teachers are continuously enhancing the quality of education through self-learning, cross-learning and by encouraging each other between teachers and between schools. Apart from special areas of education, subjects should students be taught that makes them sensible leaders build values in all aspects of life Such students produced from schools/institutions will show evidence to achieve results in the society, creating prosperity, peace, and happiness.
