Other minorities like African Americans rather find job after graduating from high school, or even dropping out of the high school. Write a factor that may be behind the decision for each of these minority groups.

The factor that is behind USA minorities more likely to attend collage or find jobs rather than idling is opportunity cost. Some minorities would rather prefer to increase their education levels because that will put then in a better position to compete for job in future with the privileged white Americans. Other minorities would rather prefer to find jobs because of the high levels of poverty among the minorities
