Growth is very essential to family and small businesses because their survival in the market depends on it. The entrepreneur is the core of what makes an enterprise succeed. This is because the entrepreneur is the determinant of both administration and management of the business. Most family and small businesses face problems such as poor management and poor planning which lead to their failure, and this problems arise due to limited funds to enable them finance qualified management and administrative staff.
