If we consider GDP as the sum of expenditures Y = C + I + G + NX, where C is consumption, I is investment, G is government purchases and NX is net exports, then the percentages of GDP by composition can be calculated in such way: the percentage of consumption is C/Y*100%, the percentage of investment is I/Y*100% and so on.
