Solution:

1.). Unemployment has a very great effect on the individual and on the economic well-being of the nation at large. Unemployment results in negative socio-economic issues such as poverty, crime, drugs, low quality of life, and political ills in society.

A high or low rate of employment can result in social-economic issues such as wealth and wage inequality, job insecurity, lower development opportunities, lack of welfare benefits, and discrimination.

2.). The law enforcement policy can be developed through engaging all stakeholders and sharing ideas on what to be included in the policy. Ensure there is accountability and transparency are enhanced. Ensure that the policy is flexible to changes and it is not complicated to the users and public. Finally, ensure that proper and efficient training is provided to allow everybody to be on board.

3.). The policy can be implemented by openly sharing your policies and ensuring the public understands what needs change and how the changes will be implemented. Ensure that accurate records are maintained and police misconduct is reported immediately. Body camera footage and other office behavior should be shared to enhance public trust. All public views should be adopted in implementing new ideas and policies into the policy.

4.). The four strategic objectives of the policy include the following:

  • Process objectives. These are the objectives that provide the groundwork or implementation necessary to achieve your other objectives.
  • Strategic objectives. These are broad statements of where the organization wants to be in the future.
  • Behavioral objectives. These objectives look at changing the behaviors of people (what they are doing and saying) and the products (or results) of their behaviors.
  • Community-level outcome objectives. These are often the product or result of behavior change in many people. They are focused on change at the community level instead of an individual level.
