Fuelwood and charcoal as sources of energy are problematic. Discuss.

i) Some people have trouble lighting the charcoal, but a chimney starter can help.

ii) It's more difficult to adjust the temperature since you have to shift the fuel around to generate direct and indirect heat zones.
