Unemployment is the scenario where a person actively looking for job is not able to find one. Reasons for unemployment include literacy, skill gap and economic growth. 

Unemployment in South Africa can be reduced by encouraging entrepreneurship,  providing education to increase literacy  and providing skills training to cut down on the skill gap.
