The state government regulates public preschool, primary and secondary education; license private preschool, primary, and secondary schools; and license or otherwise regulate parents providing home schooling. They also, in many cases, establish and oversee curricula, standards, and procedures.

1.To provide free and compulsory education to all children, from 6 to 14 years of age.

2. Providing Higher education to i.e technical and Vocational studies to qualified students.
