The statement is True. The primary sector in Pakistan comprises of agriculture, raw materials, fishing and hunting. Most of the population in Pakistan stay in rural areas and are employed in the Agricultural sector because most of its land is arable. As of 2020, 35.89% of Pakistan's workforce are from the Agricultural sector, 25% works in industrial sector and 38.32% works in the service sector. From these we can conclude that most of the Pakistan's workforce are employed in the primary sector.
