US has better labour rules compared to other undeveloped countries, but it still faces sweatshop conditions. More labour harrassments slip into US department of labour. Sweatshops mostly have poor working conditions, poor payment, child labour and a lack of benefits of workers. Sweatshops do not stop poverty. The people who are forced to work must spend their payment on food for their families survival.
