As a manager, I can;

Utilise the lockdown to reskill and upskill my employees virtually.

Try to negotiate deferred payment terms with the suppliers of raw materials.

Utilise the Covid -19 period to do maintenance of machines and equipment.

Come up with schedules for virtual meetings that can enable some workers to work from home so as to minimise the number of employees in the business.

Boost employees morale and motivate them by allocating more funds for their medical and risk allowance.
