Papua New Guinea closed all of their international borders either through air or ship when the first case of corona virus was found in their country and when the second case was found the Prime Minister of PNG called for a nation lock-down except the essential services. He even addressed his nation and warned them that their country is not in a situation to deal with such type of viruses as country had limited medical infrastructure

And the result of this lock-down is that the country has only 8 cases so far which is really astonishing and now they are opening the country in a phased manner to uplift the economic activities
