WOULD THE CONDITION BE VIOLATED IF NOMINAL INTEREST RATES IN THE DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN COUNTRY WERE DIFFERENT ON TWO SECURITIES THAT WERE IDENTICAL IN ALL ASPECTS?
