I recommend that Jan should institute a bonus tied to the sales. This will encourage the workers to work harder so as to be awarded bonuses. Secondly, she should increase the salaries of the most innovative and hardworking employees. Also, Jan should take her employees for seminars and training to increase their labor skills. Jan should also have open forums where her employees air their problems and get solutions.
