Juan could help ease the work to be done by his office assistant by breaking down the tasks to work to be done per day, week or month. Also, the breakdown should include the timeline for each of the tasks. Through this, the office assistant would have a bigger picture of the workload, and he would be in a better position to make decisions within the shortest time.
