How would you rate the business' appearance? How would you describe each company's competitive advantage? What future do you predict for each company? As a mystery agent, i visited Hero supermarket, a cerial shop and a grocery shop. At Hero supermarket i never experienced any challenge since all the goods that i needed where available, in the Cerial shop and grocery shop the situation was similar. Services in the three businesses where awesome since the sales person's where more than willing to assist in any challenge that i faced. Service in the payment sector was done in a fast, effective and transparent manner. In Hero supermarket and grocery shop, the appearance was not that appealing to the eye since the front part was not well cleaned as per my expectations and the paintings had faded. The front part of the Cerial shop was well decorated attracting more customers. There being no similar businesses within the surrounding area of the three businesses it gave then a high advantage of receiving high number of customers. The three businesses are likely to grow to big businesses in some years to come due to their quality services and quantity goods sold in the three businesses.

As a mystery agent, some of my experiences where that i did a perfect job and i also interacted well with the employees in the businesses.
