Trade unions provide assistance to it's members. They also improve the quality of political and public serviced. They do collective bergaining for better pay and working conditions.

Participation of Labour Unions  is compromised by national politics. Only few people are in formal employment. The relations within these jobs lead to forms of racial abjection. The membership in the unions is very important as it holds public space.
