A nucleotide consists of a nitrogenous base, a sugar (ribose or deoxyribose) and one to three phosphate groups. Nucleotide = Sugar + Base + Phosphate.

Nucleoside consists of nitrogenous base covalently attached to a sugar (ribose or deoxyribose) but without a phosphate group. Nucleoside = Sugar + Base.
