KHC8H4O4 + NaOH → KNaC8H4O4 + H2O Since, NaOH contaminated with CO2, its concentration lower than supposed, you will received higher concentration value for Potassium hydrogen phthalate than real – positive error.

Dear panos. Yes. The volume of NaOH reacting with KHP is larger.
Since NaOH is contaminated with CO2, its concentration is lowered meaning that the volume of NaOH reacting with KHP is larger?
