CAN YOU TELL ME HOW DEMULSIFIER MECHANISM ACT? BECAUSE EMULSIFIER AND DEMULSIFIER STRUCURE IS THE SAME BOTH OF THEM HAVE POLAR AND NON POLAR HEAD?FOR EXAMPLE IN CRUDE OIL IN DESALTER.
