ASPHALTENE IN CRUD OIL IS EMULSIFIER BETWEEN WATER AND CRUD OIL BUT IN CRUD OIL FOR SEPERATE WATER FROM CRUD OIL WE ADDED DEMULSIFIER .BUT DEMULSIFIER IS SAME AS EMULSIFIER IN CHEMICAL FORMULA.CAN YOU EXPLAIN ME HOW DEMULSIFIER ACT THIS CASE?BECAUSE ASPHALTENE IS EMULSIFIER?
