From ideal gas law, and assuming temperature is kept constant, V1P1=V2P2 where V1 and V2 are volume before and after compression respectively, and P1 and P2 are pressure before and after compression respectively. Then P2=P1V1/V2=1atm*300ft3/4ft3=75atm.
