1) Mass concentration of NaOH is: 2 / 250 x 1000 = 8 g / L

2) CM = n / V

n = m / M

M (NaOH) = 40 g/mol

n (NaOH) = 8 / 40 = 0.2 mol

CM (NaOH) = 0.2 / 1 = 0.2 M
