Without sodium silicate solution (SSS), no geopolymer concrete can be produced.
Sodium silicate solution is defined commercially by its Na2O and SiO2 contents (thereby molar ratio or weight ratio). Density of liquid is helpful to compute its contents.
For example,
How to estimate pH of SSS, say SSS with Na2O=12%/, SiO2=25% and density of 1.49 kg/l ?
Na2O=1.49*12/100=0.1788 kg=1788/62 moles=2.884 moles,
SiO2=1.49*25/100=0.3725 kg=3725/60 moles=6.208 moles
I wanted to know how to use equilibrium conditions/constants to compute pH
