Answer to Question #88002 in Physical Chemistry for John

Question #88002
HCO3-(mg/l) = 61 (g/mol)x(M-2P)(mg/l) xN (mol/l)x1000/V(ml)

How do i get the final unit mg/l??

Similarly, in terms of CO32-

HCO3-(mg/l) = 30 (g/Eq)x(2P)(mg/l) x N (mol/l)x1000/V(ml)

How do i get the final unit mg/l??

(M-2P) is the relation between methyl orange alkalinity and phenolphthalein alkalinity in mg/l. N is the normality in mol/l. Similarly 2P is in mg/l.
