Can salt be lost during evaporation because after evaporating H20 from NaCl i was left with 0.1g of salt but using the equation m=n×M there should of been 0.1255g of salt. How was the salt lost?

Sodium chloride is not decomposed when heated in water and you could not lose it that way. It is lost due to experimental error (maybe spillage of the solution)
