pH for this mixture is equal to log[H+]-\log[\mathrm{H}^+], concentration of [H+][\mathrm{H}^+] is equal to [HCl]+2[H2SO4][\mathrm{HCl}] + 2[\mathrm{H}_2\mathrm{SO}_4] (because last one is strong diprotic acid), so


[H+]=0.1+20.1=0.3M[\mathrm{H}^+] = 0.1 + 2 \cdot 0.1 = 0.3\,\mathrm{M}pH=log(0.3)=0.52\mathrm{pH} = -\log(0.3) = 0.52
