According to the Le Chatelier-brown principle , the influence of external forces on a system in equilibrium results in reducing this effect.

i)

Adding hydrogen will cause the equilibrium to shift towards the reaction products (direct reaction). 

ii)

Increasing the pressure in the system will cause the chemical equilibrium to shift towards the reaction products (direct reaction).

iii)

Since the process is exothermic, a decrease in temperature will lead to a shift in the chemical equilibrium towards the reaction products (direct reaction).
