Why redox titration with sodium oxalate and potassium nitrate testing should not exceed 70 or 80 ° C heat and sulfuric acid to a solution of sodium oxalate?

Potassium nitrate is not used as oxidizer in the redox titrations. Maybe you meant potassium permanganate. The temperature is controlled to avoid the thermal decomposition of an oxalate.
