The easiest way to separate water, salt and starch is:
1. Evaporate water by heating. Solid product is mixture of salt and starch.
2. Dissolve solid product in isopropyl alcohol. Starch is soluble in it and salt is not, so the last one can be separated by filtration.
3. Alcohol solution of starch can be heated to evaporate alcohol. Solid starch thus can be obtained.
