Reaction of silver cyanide with bromopropane gives 1-propylisonitile not n-

propyl cyanide.

It is because KCN br eaks as ionic it dissociates into K⁺ and CN^- whereas in case of AgCN ,it act as covalent character due to small size of Ag and here N donates its lone pair elecron and thus attach from that side.
