Zymogen, it is also called as proenzyme. In the zymogen molecule the activation process takes place by cleavage of one or more peptide bonds and then it is catalysed by separate enzyme.As trypsin converts to trypsinogen . It also synthesize zymogen cells and then store it in inactive form.
