describe the purine bio synthesis
Purines are synthesized by biological process as nucleotides and in particular as ribotides. Purine biosynthesis occurs in the cytosol of all cells and the most important biological substituted purines are adenine and guanine.
In it bases are attached to ribose 5-phosphate. And from the nucleotide inosine monophosphate (IMP)both adenine and guanine are derived, the first compound in the pathway to have a completely formed purine ring system.
