What chemical or trick you can do to make the lavender oil scent stronger?

if you have 10ml lavender oil to be putted into 100ml bottle, what oil or any chemical you can put which at the end you will have 100ml lavendar oil?

Camphor has a harsh, sharp, strongly pungent fragrance (almost reminiscent of a cold remedy!). In lavender the camphor should be between zero and 0.6%.In 100 ml bottle choose 90 ml a carrier oil with little to no scent of its own. Use a light oil like grape seed or sweet almond oil. Avoid oils like olive or coconut which have distinct smell
