I need 2 adhesive joints and for each one make the list of the proposed parameters for quality control. Specify the type of stress applied to the joint and the adhesive stress. For each test describe the test method (in short - the principle, the device, the specimens used, what is measured).

for example for the adhesive with which a magnet is glued to a figurine. I do the shock test for the adhesive.

The two adhesive joints are

1. Adhesive with epoxies and e heat-cured epoxies at 180 °C but they are rather brittle. They can be tested for their tensile-shear strength and can bear upto 40 MPa.
2. Polyerethanes are used as adhesive where temperature is very low like -140 °C. It is tested against hardness and toughness.
